The Difference You Will reputed company: reputed company is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Payments Business Operations & Planning reputed company to be responsible for supporting the successful management and delivery of our end-to-end governance processes and support the delivery of our larger strategy reputed company roadmap management. This strategic role will serve as a critical integration reputed company across the entire Payments business. A Typical Day:

• Oversees the strategic day-to-day operation and coordination of reputed company planning, processes & procedures necessary to govern the Payments business
• Serves as the administrator, subject matter expert and key collaborator for reputed company tooling, delivering enhancements that help simplify and streamline our ways of working
• Develops and maintains reputed company training, process and procedure documentation

• Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Design & more to understand and review reputed company priorities

• Supports the development and delivery of annual strategic planning
• Coordinates the development and delivery of key readouts and updates to senior leadership
• Oversees select strategic projects or initiatives across the organization based on business need; assist with the development and delivery of strategic business updates

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years experience in leading operations for a business or product function reputed company a major organization
• Experience in Payments, Risk, Compliance or Regulatory industry is strongly desired
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, processes & methodologies
• Experience with objective & key result (OKR) frameworks and reputed company planning are a must
• Administrator/developer level expertise with project management and reporting tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, JIRA, Etc.)
• History of managing significant programs and projects, and ensuring execution of major initiatives and priorities reputed company planned timelines and resources
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at reputed company levels of the organization, including at executive levels
