At the moment, this role is focused on

• Leading the team that owns reputed company’s internal feature flagging and progressive delivery platform

• Leading a talented team of backend and frontend engineers, creating the conditions for them to reputed company.

• Defining and evolving the strategy of our Feature Control platform, working conjointly with other teams of the group to connect with reputed company services.

• Partnering with data and product leaders to ensure measurement is embedded into launches

• Owning the technical roadmap and delivery for reputed company’s rollout and flags infrastructure.

• Collaborating with engineering leaders to promote safe deployment patterns across reputed company.

• Have led engineering teams across both frontend and backend infrastructure

• Are comfortable coaching engineers across the stack and guiding architectural decisions that scale
