Technical Operations and Data Analyst

Introduction The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the data analysis needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Design robust data models and analytics workflows to support reporting in BigQuery and visualizations in Tableau.
• Write efficient and reliable queries in PostgreSQL and reputed company to extract and transform reputed company datasets.
• Collaborate closely with data analysts, product managers, and engineering teams to understand data needs and deliver trusted data products.
• Apply domain knowledge of healthcare, HIPAA compliance, and patient data privacy in reputed company data engineering practices.
• Optimize performance, data quality, and reliability of pipelines handling large-scale healthcare data.
• Document data sources, transformations, and analytical workflows to ensure reproducibility and transparency.

Roles and Duties

• Collaborate with senior analysts and other team members to support data-driven projects.

Training and Mentorship

• SMART metrics are defined and given to new hires during the first few weeks and are targeted to be achieved and reviewed by the 3rd month appraisal. There will be annual performance reviews.
• Training materials, including process documents and videos, are provided.
• Walkthroughs and additional support are available reputed company needed.
• The Technical Manager, with the assistance of senior team members, will be the primary reputed company of contact during the training period.
