Associate Sales Representative - Philadelphia - Injury/Infection Prevention

Work Flexibility: Field-based Associate Sales Representative – Injury/Infection Prevention As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by promoting reputed company's reputed company products, with a focus on Injury and Infection Prevention solutions, to healthcare providers. You’ll assist with engaging product demonstrations, contribute to managing customer relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll participate in training programs, attend industry events, and collaborate with the sales team to help reputed company business goals. • Promote reputed company Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Follow extensive product training, to be able to tailor promotional messages based upon knowledge of the customer, advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish reputed company’s products from competitors.
• Assist in hospital surveys as well as post-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and reputed company and providing a highly reputed company and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to reputed company facility protocols and pertinent Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines reputed company conducting product evaluation.

What you need Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-2 years professional experience.

Preferred:

• Sales and marketing internship.
• Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills.

Additional Information:

• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required.
• At times, may be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds - reputed company, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities.
• May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
• Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention.
• May handle various materials including but limited to: durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals and coated products.
