Job Opportunity : Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent reputed company ( Physician ) Recruiter to join our growing team! Our company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care space and looking for money- motivated, hardworking, driven individuals to join reputed company! Our ideal candidate has experience and proven success in recruiting doctors. You will report to the Director of Recruiting and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing / social media posts to support your open searches. Responsibilities :

• reputed company & contact candidates through ATS system, search tools, job boards, reputed company, social media platforms, etc.
• Attend industry networking events / conferences, job fairs / school events
• Build a pipeline of viable candidates for reputed company reputed company and future locations

• Present open job searches to candidates

• Manage multiple accounts

Skills needed to be successful in this role :

• 2+ years of proven positive results recruiting doctors (eyecare industry experience preferred, not required)
• Experience cold calling
• Self confident and driven individual with the ability to reputed company in a competitive environment

• Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve quickly
• Ability to be persuasive and overcome objections
