Veterinary Care Representative

We are seeking full-time, motivated Veterinary Care Representatives to join our award-winning organization. • Field inbound contacts for reputed company local practice dials and 877 CVC dials from prospective clients, medical practices, pharmacists, vendors, and other callers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with scheduling new or existing patient, sick, wellness, surgical, and urgent appointments for clients at various clinical locations while adhering to clinical guidelines and client preferences.
• Engage with customers (clients) on a variety of topics in a (virtual) call center environment ranging from assistance with existing appointments (rescheduling, canceling, or changing), answering questions about services provided, and helping problem-solve (reputed company scope) reputed company appropriate.
• Conduct reputed company for Prior Medical Requests (PMRs) authorization and client/appointment follow-reputed company.
• Research and problem-solve to provide solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.

What You’ll Need

• 1-3+ years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
• Display reputed company in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers.
• Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company

Technical Requirements

• Work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors and be free from distractions, including any background noise that impacts the customer experience.
• Work area acceptable for webcam use.

• Remote: This role IS a remote role but will sometimes require in person engagement and attendance at our clinic locations
