Job Summary
As a Cloud reputed company Manager I, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the relationship held with each of your customers and serving as an reputed company between the customer and our support infrastructure. You will ensure that your customers' technical, administrative, and specialist support needs are met, while also maximizing the strength of the customer relationship by building a solid rapport with the client, identifying and taking advantage of sales, networking, and PR opportunities, and managing difficult situations to ensure that our reputed company for Fanatical Support is upheld.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong partnership relationships with customers to drive retention and growth
- Manage support requests and coordinate blithequark and customer support teams to deliver reputed company agreed timescales
- Schedule customer maintenance and ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed
- Manage customer projects and reputed company maintenance schedules for on-time delivery
- Review service failures and produce incident reports reputed company required
- Validate, negotiate, and process service credits

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in handling cloud-based customers
