Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service and data management operations. You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient information, and managing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical shorthand codes (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company issues and escalate to senior-level staff as necessary.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation.
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
