Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel experience
• Checking in customers and processing their travel documents, including boarding passes and baggage tags
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
