Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Teller/Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service support for banking services and teller transactions
- Resolving customer requests through proficient use of our system tools
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience during interactions
- Adhering to regulatory scripting and customer protocol, as prescribed
- Seeking and capturing opportunities to differentiate the customer's experience by identifying banking solutions suitable for their reputed company or future needs
- Maintaining confidentiality and reputed company of customer information according to regulatory and company guidelines and policies
Minimum Qualifications
* High School diploma
- Minimum of one year experience in a teller/customer service role (in a financial institution)
- Previous teller experience preferred

- Proficient computer/keyboard skills
