Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items
• Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage
• Handling customer interactions with class and professionalism
• Performing other reputed company duties as assigned reputed company the appropriate reputed company and experience capabilities expected for this position
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

• Be a local (in-state) reputed company
• Hold a High School diploma or GED
• Possess a valid In-State Driver's License
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Pass up to a 10-year background reputed company
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Complete reputed company and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification reputed company
• Be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
• Be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment

Preferred Qualifications
