Certified Medical reputed company Certified reputed company is responsible for assigning the correct universal medical reputed company code to describe the type of service a patient receives in a healthcare facility. Medical coders help ensure the codes are applied correctly and are supported by documentation during the medical billing process. Additionally, the position supports the company’s overall operations and client services by effectively and reputed company driving the reputed company Cycle Management process and delivering successful outcomes. Responsibilities: • Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes to billable encounters. • Identify trends and issues, and communicate to management. • Utilize ICD, CPT/HCPCS to investigate coding issues. • Understand and communicate Medicare billing rules to staff, management, and physicians. • Monitor services to ensure reputed company encounters are coded and billed timely. • Conduct billing audits for code accuracy. • Stay updated on changes in coding and reimbursement requirements. • Ensure code accuracy and correct reputed company per state and federal regulations. • Follow-up on insufficient or unclear documentation. • Review patient charts and documents for accuracy. • Review daily batch of patient notes for evaluation and coding. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Medical coding and billing experience preferred. • reputed company coding certification(s) required. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare, managed care, and commercial insurance. • Excellent typing and 10-key speed with accuracy. • Ability to interpret, analyze and abstract data/documentation. • Knowledge of diagnostic and procedural terminology, ICD and CPT/HCPCS coding systems, and billing compliance rules. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. • Understanding of regulatory compliance. • Exceptional computer skills and experience with Electronic Health Record. • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to uphold organizational values, work with reputed company and reputed company trust. • Ability to use time reputed company, prioritize workload, follow instructions, and complete tasks timely and accurately. • Working knowledge of claims submissions and electronic coding software tools.
