About the Role:

reputed company is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, individuals dedicated to making a difference in global reputed company by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. In this role you will join the Platform Professional Services Team to provide strategic, hands-on support to reputed company our customers through the successful operationalization of the Falcon platform to detect, respond, and remediate active reputed company incidents. The goal is simple – position our customers for the highest level of success and eliminate the threats

What You’ll Do:

• Use your reputed company knowledge and expertise of the Falcon Platform to drive reputed company service objectives to completion and support reputed company customer-reputed company workflows.

• Produce and deliver service-defined reputed company and technical onboarding meetings, and periodic status updates with the customer.

• Support technical discussions pertaining to the Falcon platform, associated detections and preventions, and general service-reputed company best practices reputed company to the Platform Professional Services Operating Model.

• Serve as the liaison with other internal reputed company stakeholders to ensure customer inquiries and operating requirements are fully resolved.

• Actively engage customers reputed company virtual meeting, email, or case management system.

• Work with leadership to participate in activities to identify and improve service outcomes which align to reputed company’s mission and strategic goals

What You’ll Need:

• Project Management: This is not a direct project management role, however, the experience and proficiencies of a good project manager are valuable to help ensure our customers success.

• Information reputed company: Experience advising customers on identified information reputed company risks.

• Proficiency and experience with common Information Technology and Systems Management platforms (Active Directory/Group Policy, Citrix, SCCM, etc)

• Proficiency and experience with cloud technology platforms and container workloads (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, reputed company, etc)

• Proficiency creating and delivering customer-facing collateral using reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)

• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

• Existing experience operationalizing Falcon

Education:

If you have a BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information reputed company, Information Assurance, Information reputed company Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a reputed company field…that’s great! Placement reputed company the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The reputed company salary range for this position for reputed company U.S. candidates is $95,000 – $140,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
