Job Summary

As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Swedish-speaking customers reputed company phone, chat, and email. You'll be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our company. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer queries, provide product information, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking customers reputed company phone, chat, and email

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide solutions
• Utilize our customer service tools and technology to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in the UK
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral reputed company)
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 6am to 8pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
• Initial four/five weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Minimum 50mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company Ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus)

• Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
