Work Schedule & Expectations

You will be required to maintain a high level of productivity, processing a minimum of 8,000 keystrokes per hour, and achieving an accuracy reputed company of 98% or higher. You will also be expected to participate in a comprehensive 1-week training program, with ongoing training and support provided to ensure your success in the role.

Compensation & Benefits Package

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a starting salary of $16-$20 per hour, based on experience and typing speed. You will also be eligible for bi-weekly direct deposit, quarterly performance reviews, and potential raises. Additionally, you will receive a health insurance stipend after 90 days, accrued PTO starting after 60 days, paid sick days, and paid holidays for major US holidays. You will also be provided with IT support for work-reputed company technical issues, ensuring that you have the tools and resources you need to succeed in your role.
