Job Overview: Customer Service Representative – Behavioral Health

blithequark has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Behavioral Health team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide reputed company care to assist members with a clear path to care, claims understanding, and resolution, while educating them on online resources. You will guide members through their plan of benefits, blithequark policy and procedures, and have knowledge of resources to reputed company with regulatory guidelines.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:45am - 8:15pm EST. Please note that schedules are subject to change at any time with advanced notice due to business needs.
• Holiday/PTO Requirements: As a 24-hour call center operation, we treat holidays as normal working business days, unless you have been approved for time off. This means you would work your normal shift if the company-observed holiday falls on your normal reputed company. No PTO is available during the first 45 days of employment.
• Training Requirements: The first six weeks of employment will be training on Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
