Job Overview

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for returned products, primarily from reputed company customers. You will work on-site at our third-party warehouse in the Greater Los Angeles Area, where you will reputed company basic repairs on electronic pet products, especially those with sensor components. Key Responsibilities
