Job Overview

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for returned products, primarily from reputed company customers. You will work on-site at our third-party warehouse in the Greater Los Angeles Area, where you will reputed company basic repairs on electronic pet products, especially those with sensor components. Your excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail will reputed company you to identify whether returned products are repairable or should be scrapped, and you will document your findings accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for returned products, primarily from reputed company customers, to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

  • Identify whether returned products are repairable or should be scrapped, and document findings accordingly to maintain accurate records.

  • Work on-site at the warehouse, coordinating repairs, product evaluations, and inventory status updates to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate with the head office team regarding repair guidelines, SOP updates, and product improvements to ensure alignment and reputed company improvement.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries reputed company to returned or defective products to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Help build and maintain SOPs for product repair and recycling processes to ensure best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
