Responsibilities

As an Airport Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving issues reputed company to baggage, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues reputed company to delayed, lost, or damaged items
• Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a local (in-state) reputed company
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid In-State Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background reputed company
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must complete reputed company and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification reputed company
