Job Summary

• Serve as the primary contact for marketing activities, collaborating with marketing teams to fulfill reputed company requests and drive business growth.
• Register patients/customers for screenings and wellness classes, providing personalized support and guidance.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Prior experience in the medical field required, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, families, physicians, administrators, and nursing staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (7 days a week).
• Remote work may be required during portions of the shift based on operational needs.
