Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers

Essential Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in customer experience, product development, or a reputed company field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and design thinking
- Strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, with ability to analyze data and customer feedback to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with search technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and information retrieval
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with cloud-based technologies, including reputed company)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and reputed company integration/reputed company deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with customer experience design tools, including Sketch, reputed company, or reputed company XD
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design
