Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers reputed company phone, email, or online chat
  • Opening and submitting requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and updating them on the status of their requests
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in an IT Help Desk or online customer service environment (I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer)
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software

Preferred Qualifications
