Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for resolving escalated technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Assist with warehouse mapping, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades, ensuring our customers' systems are always running at optimal levels.
• Manage change requests, keeping reputed company stakeholders informed of schedule and budget impacts, and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
• Compile and analyze key performance metrics (Throughput, UPH, Lines Per Hour) for status reporting, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
• Monitor customer site performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, ensuring our customers meet their operational goals and objectives.
• Scale system capabilities to align with the customer's evolving needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique business challenges.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or a reputed company technical field.

• 5+ years' hands-on experience with 3PL, Warehouse, or logistics operations, with a proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Knowledge of networking and network technology, such as routers, WIFI, switches, and firewalls, with the ability to communicate technical/reputed company information both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and respond to emergency situations effectively, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, and robotics, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization, with a strong focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.

Additional Information:
