Your Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving retention, expansion, and advocacy for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the growth team to own a book of approximately 600-700 customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
• Leading onboarding and implementation journeys that align with customers' business goals and objectives
• Building long-term relationships with stakeholders across marketing, brand, and IT functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Acting as a strategic advisor to identify opportunities for increased platform usage and value realization, and providing actionable recommendations to customers
• Monitoring client health and taking proactive measures to reduce churn and maximize satisfaction, ensuring that our customers reputed company their desired outcomes
• Conducting success reviews, value reputed company-ins, and training sessions with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our platform
