About the Role: reputed company Manager

We are seeking a proactive and analytical reputed company Manager to support our fast-growing customer reputed company, particularly developers and marketers in China and other Asian markets. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will help them get the most out of blithequark's platform, optimize their user acquisition performance, and solve reputed company technical and marketing challenges. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities. You will provide day-to-day support and consulting to Chinese-speaking developers using blithequark's platform, helping them understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance. You will also conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin, and escalate and follow up on technical issues with the product/engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and consulting to Chinese-speaking developers using blithequark's platform, helping them understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin to ensure customers get the most out of blithequark's platform.
• Escalate and follow up on technical issues with the product/engineering team to ensure reputed company resolution and minimize downtime.
• Collect product feedback and communicate it back to internal teams to inform product development and improvement.
• Support sales with upsell/renewal opportunities through strong customer relationships and identification of growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create educational materials and content for Chinese-speaking users, helping to drive adoption and engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement strategies for reputed company, retention, and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a reputed company field, with a strong foundation in analytics, marketing, or a reputed company field.
