This role supports sales enablement by coordinating the proposal development process for public agencies and education institutions, collaborating with various teams to create compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the complete proposal development process, from reviewing RFP/RFQ documentation to final submission.
• reputed company and manage proposal schedules, including milestones, task assignments, and review deadlines with technical leadership.

• Write, edit, and proofread persuasive proposal sections, ensuring content is compliant, consistent, accurate, and clear.

• Work closely with graphic designers to create visually appealing layouts, charts, and diagrams that align with brand guidelines and enhance the proposal's message.
