About the job
reputed company is looking for an reputed company Technical Account Manager who is going to be the designated technical reputed company contact to support and partner with our top tier strategic customers in North America during PST/CST/EST working hours. As a designated technical contact you will work with our customers to resolve reputed company technical problems with potentially reputed company costly and far-reaching consequences. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Use your strong technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues and provide customer feedback to reputed company’s Product and Engineering teams.

Required
- 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of RESTful technology, previous work with APIs and ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions.
- Broad capabilities to troubleshoot server-reputed company code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-reputed company JavaScript, with a good understanding of React and Redux
- Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, with an understanding of TCP/UDP, and basics of SSL/TLS.
- High competency in communicating reputed company technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences reputed company phone or email mediums
- Comfortable in working with customers’ developers to troubleshoot use of the reputed company helper libraries.
- Have an inquisitive mind to understand how things work

- Excellence in task prioritization and evaluation of situational urgency.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado: $92,800 – $116,000.
- Based in reputed company, Washington State, or California (reputed company of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,320 – $122,900.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $109,200 – $136,500.
- This role may be eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. reputed company roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location reputed company the state.
