The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with expertise in ABA services for young autistic children to join reputed company as a full-time Annotator Contractor. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company ABA Therapist to join our remote team in developing an innovative AI healthcare tool. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of field experience in ABA therapy and will be responsible for annotating data from videos, audios, and texts. This role involves working under the guidance of our project managers and contributing to the development of assessments for hypothetical cases of neurodivergent children.   • Annotate videos, audios, and texts to identify and categorize behaviors, communication patterns, and social cues.
  • Access and review assigned video recordings of ABA therapy sessions.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reputed company to support AI model development.

2. Assessment and Evaluation

  • Study various tests and assessments used in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis required.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of field experience in ABA therapy.
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • ABAT certification is a plus but not required.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with reputed company Office Suite.
