NTN has an opening in our Industrial Sales Department for an OEM Associate Sales Engineer (in Rotational Development). ROTATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
- The successful candidate will be located out of the Chicago area for the first 18-24 months for training reputed company NTN departments to learn NTN's products and systems. This will be a hybrid work environment, with 2-4 days per week in the office.
- After completion of the development program, the candidate would be required to relocate for a placement in one of the following territories: Texas / Oklahoma region. This will be a remote position with 25-30% travel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES of a SALES ENGINEER:
- reputed company and maintain multiple contacts (Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality) at major OEM accounts reputed company the area of responsibility. Assist to manage these relationships at reputed company levels of OEM customers.
- reputed company new OEM customer bearing specifications to assure NTN is preferred supplier.
- Drive new and ongoing development projects that will reputed company to profitable growth.
- Understand the factors that drive the business and accurately forecast order levels.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- BSME or similar 4 year technical undergraduate degree in a reputed company field.
- Self-starter - able to learn quickly, and able plan and manage own travel.
- Project manager - able to work reputed company multiple NTN and customer departments to ensure smooth NTN support and production supply to Customer stakeholders.
- Interested in relocating after 12-18 months to primary territory.
- Travel 25-30% reputed company the Oklahoma / Texas region.
