Where We Work
As a remote Customer Support Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. You'll be based in Mexico City, Mexico, and will be required to work shifts that vary, ranging from 7am–4pm or 11am–8pm PST. We require open weekend availability and the flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts.

Strong communication skills are essential to provide great solutions and an overall white-glove experience for our valued customers. We're specifically looking for a team member who is fluent in both Spanish and English and can provide precise and detailed support in both languages.
The Impact You Will Have
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have a direct impact on the success of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding quickly and accurately to a high volume of inbound phone calls, and some chats and emails from our customers and their guests.
- Maintaining a customer satisfaction level over 90%.
- Using reputed company to log reputed company activities and interactions with our customers.
- Communicating and collaborating with your team on reputed company to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer-facing support experience, preferably at a software company.
- reputed company in both Spanish and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in both languages.
- A designated work-from-home area, with high-speed internet reputed company and free from interruptions and background noise.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a telephony system such as Talkdesk or RingDNA.
- Past experience with restaurants is a reputed company plus!
Pay and Benefits
