As an Operations Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering auto consumer contract data into various software programs, ensuring data reputed company and completeness. You will also be responsible for resolving Email to Case correspondence with accuracy, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
### Operations (90%)
- Enter auto contract data into reputed company, validate OCR data in Validation Queue, and ensure information is correct reputed company required turnaround times
- Handle online inquiries and correspondence in assigned reputed company queues
- Daily monitoring of multiple queues in reputed company
- Contact with customers/clients at a basic level to obtain required information and respond reputed company requests are completed
- reputed company necessary, engage with Quality Control, Client Services, and Operations Support Supervisor to resolve Data Entry and Email to Case queries
- Utilize correct codes to enter data into the system
- Use systems and multiple programs for tracking, information gathering, and documenting customer interactions accurately
- Retrieve data from applications/files upon request
- Attend and adhere to scheduled shifts and breaks
- Demonstrate shift flexibility to support the business as required
- Utilize tools, resources, and systems to process customer requests and provide accurate information
- Meet predefined quality assessment standards
### Development (10%)
- Partake in and adhere to training programs for effectiveness in supporting departmental goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer support, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in reputed company and other software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
