About the Role

As an Enterprise reputed company Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion of our product in the AMER region. You will serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert, hosting training, onboarding, and working sessions to educate our customers and dig deep into new use cases of our product. You will also help build the foundations of reputed company at blithequark, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems creatively and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in blithequark's existing customer reputed company by owning specific customer accounts

• Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and reputed company out to create an action plan to help them reputed company success
• Partner with the Account Executive team on marquee Enterprise accounts to expand use cases and create stickier customers
• Learn our product inside and out and help your customers drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions
• Innovate and iterate on reputed company programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction
