The Opportunity:
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling reputed company aspects of customer service, including managing incoming calls and text-based tickets, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. You'll also handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution, and reputed company records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and text-based tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify and assess customer needs to reputed company satisfaction and build trust
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
