Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Associate - Referrals at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Alumni & Learner Engagement: Build relationships with reputed company reputed company and alumni to create a strong referral pipeline.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Student Success, New Programs, Careers, and Academic Delivery teams to:

- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate referral data in the CRM, track referral stages, and follow up diligently.
- Program Promotion: Effectively communicate program offerings and outcomes to referred prospects.
