About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our School Engagement team. This is a full-remote position, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company, and is available to candidates based in Texas, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in advancing blithequark's mission by providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supporting our National School Engagement campaigns, including Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and high-quality responses to internal and external stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, parents, and customers, while fostering strong relationships across various teams.
• Accurately manage and input customer data into CRM and Database systems, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Display a strong understanding of School Engagement business processes, utilizing blithequark systems and other tools to support campaign success.
• Process donations in accordance with established requirements and standards, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Collaborate with mini teams to complete tasks reputed company and meet deadlines, providing accurate and timely information.
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, expense reports, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a customer service reputed company, with the ability to handle inquiries, escalate issues reputed company necessary, and deliver timely resolutions. Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience.
