A Day in the Life of a Drug Testing Specialist
As a Drug Testing Specialist at blithequark, you'll be part of a collaborative team environment where you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a real impact on our clients' experiences. You'll provide meaningful and accurate support around our many different drug screening products, helping clients navigate the complicated nature of how drug testing works. Whether it's over the phone or online, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, finding creative solutions to solve their issues and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Train and teach clients to further their experience and knowledge of our drug screening products
- Schedule drug testing events for applicants, match results reputed company they come back from the laboratory, and relocate events to different areas based on the needs of our clients and applicants
- Update client accounts in our system, report on department health and metrics, refine our processes, and grow our drug screening product offering
