About the Role

We are currently hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Kia Consumer Affairs team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, provide technical support, and resolve reputed company customer issues with exceptional care. You will act as a trusted liaison between customers, dealerships, and blithequark, ensuring customers receive the help they need and walk away feeling heard, valued, and confident in their ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer cases reputed company to vehicle concerns, including warranty coverage, repair assistance, and service campaigns.
• Provide reputed company, empathetic guidance to customers, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with dealerships, blithequark, and internal teams to resolve issues reputed company to vehicle repairs, backordered parts, and service coverage.
• Document reputed company case details and customer interactions accurately, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, troubleshooting vehicle features such as the reputed company's Portal, Bluetooth, infotainment, radio, and navigation.
• Navigate digital tools, including web-based systems and CRM tools, to manage workflows, coordinate service requests, and track case reputed company.

Your Impact

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a significant impact on the customer experience, delivering empathetic, personalized support that strengthens customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Essential Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or technical support (preferably in a fast-paced contact center).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate and resolve reputed company customer issues.
• Technical skills, including comfort navigating reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and web-based systems.
• Remote readiness, with a reliable home office setup, including a personal desktop/laptop computer, wired high-speed internet, webcam, active cell phone, and wired headset.
• Flexibility, with availability for evenings, weekends, and peak times as needed.

Training and Schedules

We provide reputed company and a clear path reputed company, with a comprehensive onboarding program that includes:

• 6 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
• Full-time production schedules, Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CST or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm CST.
