Your Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers: Field customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly resolving issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions: Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate

To ensure a seamless remote experience, you'll need:
