Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Response Agent, you will be responsible for managing our communication with clients, ensuring timely and effective responses to their queries, and providing exceptional support to help them reputed company their goals. Some of the key tasks you will be working on include:
- Answering messages from our ads with a response time of less than 1 business day (during business hours on weekdays, this should be less than 1 hour)
- Organizing messages in inbox and tracker with proper status
- Nurturing any leads generated to reputed company sure they convert based on the optimal conversion event for the client
- Monitoring comments and addressing customer questions (based on the client's chosen package)
