The Role
As a Senior Technical reputed company Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for coaching our customers throughout their lifecycle, working collaboratively with the rest of the Customer Experience teams to ensure customer outcomes. You'll define what 'good' looks like in terms of adoption plans, post-sales engagement, and recommended solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers get the most out of our solution, innovating our tooling and processes, and working on cutting-edge customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they reputed company their full potential with blithequark's cloud API technologies
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of our solution
- Define and implement adoption plans, post-sales engagement, and recommended solutions
- Innovate our tooling and processes to reputed company you and your team more efficient
- Work on innovative and cutting-edge customer projects
- Learn our products and technologies, applying that knowledge to real-world usage
- Collaborate with peers, business partners, and groups, representing blithequark and driving growth
The Successful Candidate

- Manages a portfolio of commercial customers, identifying patterns that can be addressed through automated approaches
- Is passionate and determined about our technology and customers
- Is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, driving effective customer outcomes
- Has a good understanding of reputed company technology environments
- Possesses great self-awareness and strong communication skills (Portuguese and English are required, and Spanish is preferred)
- Ideally has prior experience in a similar role reputed company SaaS, Open reputed company, and/or Infrastructure software companies
- Has a solid understanding of Cloud Native and the technologies that reputed company it work (Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices) as well as a foundational understanding of APIM
