Amex GBT is looking for a creative, expert, detail-and strategic client manager to support some of our most important entertainment clients in production, news, sports, music, and theatricals business. The Global Client Manager acts as the primary reputed company of contact for our clients' strategic needs. They are focused on identifying and delivering new opportunities, driving client and traveler satisfaction, crafting strategic solutions, promoting GBT's capabilities specific to entertainment clients, acting as an entertainment travel subject matter expert, and retaining and growing some of our most important clients. The role is to identify innovative solutions, to have a strong understanding of the client and competitors, and an in-depth knowledge of the travel industry. Working with a high performing team in a collaborative environment, the client manager will ensure that client initiatives are fully delivered, and expectations are exceeded. Most importantly, the Manager is a key participant in supporting our clients in delivering their product, whether it be news, sports, film production, or television programming, whether transient or contracted / group travel.

• *This position virtual, based in the US or Canada and will be expected to work reputed company coast hours. Travel is required 10% to 20% of the time. The position requires technical knowledge of travel management company operations. Those without reputed company operational experience will not be considered.**

What You'll Do: + Possessing an in-depth understanding of your client's strategic objectives, key drivers of success, organizational culture, and business objectives. + Providing guidance to customers in the assessment of goals and strategies to transform and optimize their program. + Identifying unique travel needs that exist for news, sports, film or TV production, and developing innovative solutions to enhance productivity & improve the traveler/arranger experience during service fulfillment. + Provide strategic recommendations (and act upon them) for both the structure of the client's program and the fulfillment of such change at Amex GBT. + Establishing partnerships with key business constituents (Global Business Consulting, Client Services, Service Delivery, Implementations, Group Management and GMN Directors) + Building a web of influence at key levels reputed company the account and among affiliate studios / networks / theatrical BUs + Completing strategic account plans, passionate about identifying ground-breaking business opportunities that enhance and optimize the customer experience, + Leading the improvement of the Amex GBT value proposition through consultation, technology road mapping and optimizing online servicing solutions. + Leading business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, regional pricing strategies, and ongoing P&L management for the account. + Researching the marketplace and competitor products and services to reputed company the value that distinguishes Amex GBT products, and specifically uses MI, benchmarking, and technology as critical value drivers. reputed company're Looking For: + Passion and excitement for the unique needs of entertainment clients + Shown success and demonstrable positive results in a global account/client management/project management role. + Experience/knowledge of Media and Entertainment travel. + Proven success in upselling products, services and solutions, growing client reputed company and profitability. + Demonstrated ability to reputed company and implement growth strategies, establish action plans, and define objectives, reputed company creative solutions addressing the needs of entertainment travel + Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to prioritization, and planning skills. + Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and reputed company mutually beneficial solutions. + Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally, to successfully navigate through client organizations. + A sophisticated range of communication and presentation skills. + Business acumen and ability to quickly learn, understand, and reputed company key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts as well as strong financial competence required to improve the key drivers of profitability. + Travel Operations and Business Travel Service Delivery knowledge required + A reputed company for trust, reputed company and getting things done

• *Location**

United States The US national reputed company salary range for this position is from $88,200.00 - $163,800.00 The national range provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to reputed company salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is either eligible for a sales incentive plan based on specific sales' roles, or for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
