What You'll Do
As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You'll also be responsible for:
- Providing secure and timely support to customers reputed company chats and emails
- Building strong relationships with customers and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Meeting team KPIs and contributing to the growth and success of our business
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Working with sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality
- Applying the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What You Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native Japanese and English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with cryptocurrency platforms
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
A Great Plus
While not essential, experience with CRM systems would be a great plus in this role.
