About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain deep, trusted relationships with our partners, serving as their primary reputed company of contact and ensuring their needs are met throughout the customer lifecycle.
Value Realization:
Collaborate with partners to set and reputed company clear success goals, including high product adoption and utilization, and own delivery of those goals. Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion to increase the impact of our platform on reputed company.
Thought Partnership:
Serve as a strategic thought partner for our internal teams, providing valuable insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
Partner Training:

Essential Qualifications:

- Professional background in education technology required
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of success in partner success, customer reputed company, and persuasion and influence.
- Experience working in legacy spaces, such as government, finance, healthcare, and higher education, with a deep understanding of the politics and bureaucracy involved.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to write clear and concise notes and updates for stakeholders.
- Experience with training and developing diverse stakeholders on reputed company products and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation:
* $80,000 - $165,000 reputed company salary, plus equity
