Job Overview
We are seeking an reputed company Seasonal reputed company Supervisor to join reputed company on a temporary, seasonal basis from August 2025 to December 2025. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences, and driving team performance to meet key productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of up to 20 remote customer service representatives, providing individual coaching and feedback sessions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
- Plan, prioritize, and assign work to team members, ensuring proper operational coverage and meeting client requirements
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for coaching and improvement, and provide weekly/monthly status reports on employee performance
- Monitor team productivity and customer satisfaction metrics, and implement strategies to drive improvement and meet KPI goals
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to resolve issues and expedite work
- Provide timely and effective feedback and coaching to team members, and assist with the continuing development of existing employees
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role or reputed company
- 1+ years of experience in contact center work, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, facilitation, and development of team members to meet or exceed customer experience objectives
- Intermediate knowledge and skills with software tools, including MS Office, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company, and reputed company
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management

Compensation and Benefits
The pay reputed company for this position is $50k/year, annualized, with actual earnings prorated based on the time worked over the project duration. Please note that benefits are not provided for this seasonal role.
