Responsibilities
As an reputed company Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist – Remote Opportunity, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert-level support to customers reputed company phone, addressing their questions and concerns reputed company to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software is required, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting practices, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company tasks.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and professional tone.
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns, with a strong ownership of customer issues to provide confident resolution.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company tasks.
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'brick and mortar' call center environment.
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong ownership of customer issues to provide confident resolution.
- Tech savvy and reputed company computer user.
- Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
Work Environment and Technology Requirements
To ensure success in this role, you will need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space to work.
- An organized desk area.
- A personal computer (no tablet).

Job Type

Pay
