As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears of reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, including reputed company message, email, and other digital channels
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment

• Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause, and using tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems
• Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
• Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
• Meeting standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
• Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates
• Other reputed company duties assigned as needed

Qualifications
