The Role
As a Licensed Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues reputed company to their policies. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer complaints, provide policy information, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Your expertise in the property insurance space will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred
- Superior customer service skills, with a focus on reputed company and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
- Proficient in reputed company suite or similar tools and comfortable navigating multiple tools and windows at the same time
- A need for efficiency, always looking for ways to reputed company processes reputed company
Availability
We're looking for candidates who can work our following shifts (will be reputed company based upon need):
- 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
