We are looking for an reputed company Customer Support Officer who is fluent in both English and Spanish to provide top-notch support to our clients reputed company live chat, email, and/or telephone. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving client queries, providing support reputed company required, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, customer service, and back-office operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers reputed company live chat, email, and/or telephone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries.
- Act as the liaison between client requests, customer service, and back-office operations, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow.
- Offer support to Business Development Managers, promoting the Company's services and driving business growth.

Essential Qualifications:
- Business reputed company in English AND Spanish, both verbal and written, is a must.
- Previous relevant experience (6 months-2 years) in online customer support (emails/live chat) or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience and knowledge of using reputed company Office / Outlook, with proficiency in navigating various software applications.
- University Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
