You will work closely with our customers to ensure they are getting the most value possible from our platform, and collaborate with our internal teams to represent customer feedback in strategic and product direction.

Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with customers to ensure adoption, retention, expansion, advocacy, and overall success
• Establishing strong trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring they employ DAM best practices, reputed company our platform effectively, and optimize their reputed company platform for maximum value
• Striving to increase product adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction
• Continuously probing to uncover account needs, growth, and upsell potential
• Developing and executing on account/success plans

• Presenting the product roadmap to customers and ensuring they are kept up-to-date on new features and enhancements most relevant to them
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and the Product team to represent the customer's feedback in strategic and product direction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in Support, reputed company, Business Development, or Account Management
