Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with:
