What You'll Do

As a Customer Billing Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing our billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reputed company aspects of customer billing. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing reputed company operations: create new customers and subscriptions, issue invoices, handle disputes, and monitor unusual activity.
• Setting up and maintaining Chargebee records: assist reputed company Managers with renewals, support Account Executives with new customer setups, and reputed company direct debit payment arrangements.
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable: generate weekly reports, track outstanding invoices, and collaborate with CSMs to follow up with overdue customers.
• Monitoring and reporting on AR to support weekly cash flow analysis.
• Providing timely and thoughtful responses to customer queries reputed company the billing inbox.
• Taking ownership of the Billing reputed company channel, helping resolve reputed company billing-reputed company support cases with the Support Team.
• Drafting and submitting vendor forms reputed company required by customers.
